The biggest department in Bismac, with over 65 people nationwide, takes care of much of our pre-sales and after sales support. Many decades ago, our founder conceived the slogan, “ The ‘S’ in BISMAC stands for SERVICE.” Even after over 50 years in the business, we stand by this.

For software that is made by Bismac we can add and remove whatever modules our customers need. Aside from our standard software, Bismac can customize software. Your visions and ideas can become reality with specially made software just for your company – anything is possible. Take for example our hardware, Bismac prides itself with importing good quality machines. If you need it we probably have it but if you don’t talk to us, we have been known to manufacture special equipment just for our customers.

Bismac installs most of our products on site allowing the customer to get one on one training. We assist in the creation of databases when needed, cabling, network design, testing and integration with the existing hardware and software. If the equipment has consumables we can provide this as well. We invest in our products to provide our customers with the most convenient support. Annual Maintenance Agreements are given to customers that want monthly or quarterly on site preventive maintenance visits to keep their machines clean and in tip-top condition. We are also Authorized Service Centers of Brother, Canon and Epson.
